okay.. so its been a long time but here is my run down of the music industry.. as I see it.
Lets begin with one of my favorites; Letoya Luckett.
Letoya finally dropped her sophomore album and the album has gone GOLD and was #1 again the week it was released. You can say what you want about Beyonce being the BEST out of Destiny's Child but Letoya is a force to be reckoned with. Her most recent single is "Good To Me" in which she uplifts the good men in the world.
Check out the video below.. the song playing in the beginning is titled "I need a U"
Alicia Keys dropped her latest album right before Christmas titled "The Element of Freedom" and has since gone on to sell millions of records; most recently her third single is going to be "Put it in a love song" Featuring Beyonce. The video was shot in Brazil and will be released shortly...
Nivea and Rasheeda recently released the remix to Timbaland and Drake's "Say Something" listening to the record; you can't help but think that she is referring to her ex-husband The Dream and her ex-boyfriend/ Babyfather Lil Wayne
Nivea's new album titled "Purple heart" is set to be released sometime this summer; with the first single being released to Itunes last week titled "Love hurts" obviously Nivea is still feeling the pain from the break ups.. but bissh still looks and sounds really good.. get it bissh!
Check out "Love hurts" below...
