Dwayne Wade's Wife sues Gabrielle Union...

According to online reports, Siohvaughn Wade is now suing actress Gabrielle Union for “engaging in sexual foreplay” in front of her two children which she believes is causing them emotional stress. According to the documents filed, the older child has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety and has developed nervous habits, headaches and significant hair loss causing bald sports. The child is currently seeking court-mandated mental evaluations at the University of Chicago.

The suit also claims the younger child nearly drowned while in his father’s care and [Gabrielle] Union drove the boys to the park with his oldest son in the front seat. On one visitation, Wade allegedly orchestrated a meeting between Union and the boys, where he introduced the actress as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce,” according to the suit.

According to additional documents, Siohvaughn Wade has also filed a defamation suit against her former long-time friend Andrea Williams because of “vicious lies” she spread which may have been a reason for the dissolution of her marriage. Andrea Williams served as a personal assistant to Siohvaughn for years before she was terminated in December 2007.
The “lies” which she claims her friend told were:
1. That she had a boyfriend during her marriage
2. She bought her “alleged” boyfriend a house, a Porsche and other expensive items
3. She became pregnant and had a child by that boyfriend which she told Dwayne Wade was his but isn’t
4. She contracted a “loathsome sexually transmitted disease” from this alleged boyfriend
According to the documents, she also believes her friend Andrea “acted in concert with others” including Dwyane Wade and her statements were made to ruin Siohvaughn’s reputation. Siohvaughn believes that Andrea spread these lies about her to more than one person based on the fact that Andrea made similar claims in a written statement filed in her and Dwyane’s divorce proceedings.
She is suing Gabrielle Union for $50,000 and her former friend/personal assistant for upward of one million dollars in damages



--SMH... I like Gabrielle but... nothing good comes from breaking up  a marriage *shrugs*. Gabrielle better run, I'm quite sure this will not be the last incident to take place!
