I wonder if Kelly Rowland knows exactly how much she motivates me to wake up at 5:30am every morning to get a workout session in before work at 8:45am?!!?
I can honestly say, I have always been the type to work out a few days, take a break for two weeks and I'm back at it for two more days. Now I will scream, I WANT WHAT KELLY ROWLAND HAS!!!! :)
